Do you need to find innovative ways for your charity or social organisation to beat the cuts?
For a nominal fee, we're offering four organisations £150,000 worth of design, technology and business support to create a revenue generating digital product.
We all know the problem. At a time, when demand for services is increasing, funding for charities and social organisations has rarely been under such pressure. But we have a plan.
Sidekick School is an unique incubation service, geared towards helping the voluntary sector build remarkable digital products and services that can generate revenues and help organisations become more sustainable.
Brought to you by Sidekick Studios, the programme will last three months and take place in our lovely warehouse studio in East London. Selected organisations will get access to a team of design, technology and business sidekicks, each a specialist in their field. They’ll learn about the latest approaches to digital innovation. Most importantly, they’ll build a prototype of a digital service, which can unlock new sources of income for your organisation in this time of constraint.
Thanks to the support of Nominet Trust, we are offering 4 amazing organisations a share of £600,000 and 6 months worth of services for a nominal fee of £20,000 (read here why a small fee is necessary). The programme is pencilled in to start February 2012. The application process / adventure is open now.
