About us

Sidekick School is an initiative from Sidekick Studios, a digital social innovation agency. We create products that make money, change lives and put a smile on your face.

We've been doing it since 2009, although many of our consultants have been working in the fields of design, web software, social business and commercial and social innovation for over a decade.

Our permanent core team and network of specialists are based in a lovely big warehouse space near Old Street, London and we work with a network of experts from the worlds’ of design, technology and enterprise.

Alongside our consulting work for large charities, commercial businesses and government we also support our sister organisation Sidekick Ventures in incubating our fully-owned social businesses that use the web to create social impact. We've supported the creation of three ventures to date, in mental health, youth unemployment and elderly wellbeing.

Our work with social start-up entrepreneurs and senior managers from big businesses means that we can bring a very broad and deep set of experiences to delivering web products through Sidekick School. Our experience of agile, scrappy, rapid design and build processes and larger, more complex integration and change programmes makes us uniquely positioned to help your social organisation take advantage of the web to generate revenue through a new product.

Sidekick School is our biggest and best adventure to date. We're thrilled that we can bring our experience and expertise to a client group that ordinarily cannot access this level of service.

Below you can meet some of the team that will be working on your project at Sidekick School.
